Dr. Cutting provides patient centered care for any and all musculoskeletal complaints. My goal is to help you take control of your health so you can live the best version of your life. This involves a thorough assessment, diagnosis and treatment plan tailored to your individual needs and goals. I specialize in advanced manual therapy techniques, which includes spinal and extremity mobilization and/or adjustments as well as soft tissue therapy. Manual therapy aims to restore your body’s optimal biomechanics. Additionally, any good treatment plan should include some active involvement from you the patient. I aim to build a therapeutic alliance with you to improve your body’s performance whether that is your mobility, strength, sport performance, flexibility, or overall longevity of function in general. Although Chiropractors are typically known as being experts at treating ailments related to the spine, I also treat any concerns related to the hips, knees, ankles, shoulders, elbows, or wrists.

Adrian Cochet is a movement professional with a passion for helping his patients improve their quality of life and performance through education and understanding of their injuries. He had the opportunity to be a part of the training staff for two CIS national finalist teams with the U of S Huskies; since then he has worked closely with local AA and AAA minor hockey athletes and teams leading dry-land sessions and as team physiotherapist.

When he isn’t spending time with his amazing wife Courtney and his two children Griffin and Emery, Adrian enjoys spending his time out in the community helping where he can.
